At the top centre is the enthroned Astraea with caduceus and bowl in her hands. On either side of her, the constellations lion and libra are depicted. On the left, we see the personification of good governance, with city crown and serpent; on the right, a woman with five breasts and a horn of plenty. Chained to a pedestal are a man and a satyr.
