The female personification of Prudence (Prudentia) holds her mirror in one hand, a coffin in the other and has a sieve on her head. She is surrounded by a variety of scenes illustrating this virtue, as in storing food and supplies, putting out fire and calling the doctor when someone is ill. Below the depiction is a two-line caption in Latin.
