The Latin inscription Ascendit ad coelos sedet ad dexterā dei patris oīpotētis refers to the sixth article of faith: Christ who ascended into heaven is seated at the right hand of God the Father, in accordance with the Apostolic Creed. After Christ ascended into heaven, the apostles look up to heaven. Two angels appear to them. Behind the angels, the Holy Trinity can be seen. Christ is enthroned with the cross at the right hand of God the Father. Above the scene is a reference to the Bible text in Mar. 16:19. Below the representation are two Bible texts and the sixth article of faith from the Apostolic Creed in Latin.
