Filming and photography of the permanent collection is permitted without a flash unless indicated otherwise. Please note that:
- The use of lights, tripods or other attributes is not permitted.
- Only hand-held camera equipment is permitted.
- Filming is only permitted for images for your own use.
For education
Upon request, you may receive permission to film or photograph in the museum as part of an educational assignment. Please contact helke.smet@stad.gent from the communications department for the application and conditions.
For commercial purposes
You may request permission to film or take photos in the museum in the framework of a professional assignment, a wedding photo reportage, a teaching assignment, and so on. Please contact our commercial department msk.corporate@stad.gent with your request and to learn more about the terms and conditions through.
Artistic projects
Upon request, you may receive permission to film or photograph in the museum as part of an artistic project. Please contact msk.corporate@stad.gent for more information.
