Corisca is able to free herself from the satyr's hands. The satyr lies on the ground, Coriscas braid in his hand. This print from a series of 12 served as an illustration for Giovanni Battista Guarini's play Il pastor fido (The Faithful Shepherd), the sixth scene from the second act.
