Adriaan Reland or Reelant, Latinised: Hadrianus Relandus (De Rijp, 17 July 1676 - Utrecht, 5 February 1718) was a professor of oriental languages, cartographer and Neolatine poet. With his book On the Mohammedan Religion (1705), he was an important representative of the Enlightenment.
