Charles-Maurice de Talleyrand-Périgord (Paris 1754-1838), Duke of Talleyrand, Prince of Benevento, was a French diplomat. He worked successfully under the regimes of Louis XVI, Napoleon I, Louis XVIII, Charles X and Louis Philippe.
