This medal was given by Rudolf Lehmann to his former educator Agatha Van Meurs, for her 80th birthday.Rudolf Lehmann was a merchant and the consul general of Greece in Amsterdam. He was a well-known collector of stamps and knighthoods. The piece shows Agatha van Meurs in traditional costume on the front and a dedication engraved on the reverse.
