This medal depicts a young woman in the yard of a farm. She carries a sack over her shoulder and chickens walk in front of her. In the background, cows come out of the barn. The finished reverse, with a pearl circle, indicates that this medal was intended to be sold by the Monnaie de Paris as a so-called industrial medal. One could then add any inscription on the reverse, as desired by the buyer.
