Medallist Frédéric de Vernon exhibited this arch plaque at the Salon of the Medal during the 1910 World Fair in Brussels. The obverse depicts Eve standing under the apple tree. The reverse shows the snake writhing in the tree. The plaque also exists in larger sizes.
