Marie-Albertine Vantroostenberghe (Bruges 1779 - Ghent 1859) was the wife of the decorative painter Ignace (Ignatius) De Vigne (Ghent 1767-1840). Of their seven children, four were active in the arts: Félix and Edouard De Vigne were painters, Pierre De Vigne (after his marriage De Vigne-Quyo) sculptor, and Alexandre De Vigne musician.
