With this triptych, Sucharda paid tribute to his homeland the Czech Republic (then part of Austria-Hungary). He added verses to reinforce his tribute. The central medal depicts the face of a woman with her chin resting on a large rectangular pancarte. She wears a distinctive headgear with two panels hanging down. The left medal depicts a kneeling naked youth with the inscription: "May our country forever cherish sweet dreams, may all storms pass." The right medal depicts a naked elder with beard with the inscription: "Then comes the sweet moment when dreams, once fulfilled, will no longer be needed."
